Why I Train
Gym sirf mere liye ek gym nahi hai, therapy hai (The gym isn't just a gym for me, it's my therapy). For me, fitness is about building a strong mind as much as a strong body. I started from scratch, faced injuries, and got back up to win medals. Discipline and willpower - that's the real game.

My wife Sangeetha, she's my backbone, and my little rowdy baby keeps me on my toes. Won Mr. Karnataka 8 times, Mr. Bangalore, placed in Mr. India, but family is real happiness.
