We don’t believe in 'quick fixes.' Whether you are prepping for your first local show or gunning for an IFBB Pro Card, the process remains the same. It is consistency, daily physique assessment, and that 'champion mindset' that separates the winners from the crowd. I teach you how to pose, how to manipulate your nutrition during peak week, and most importantly, how to stay hungry even when you’re tired.
I operate out of Bulandshahr, but my athletes come from all over, training with me online or making the trip to join our 'House of Pros.'
