A look inside the iron. From 8x Mr. Karnataka contest prep to everyday transformations, here is how we build champions in Madhugiri.

This is the result of years of discipline. A champion's physique isn't born, it's built with sweat and iron, day in and day out. This is the standard we aim for in my competition prep coaching.

The work is never easy. Here I am pushing through a heavy hack squat session, focusing on deep reps to build massive quads. Leg day is about mental toughness as much as physical strength.

This is what 80 days of dedication looks like. My client's incredible transformation shows what is possible when you trust the process, follow the diet, and commit to the training plan.

Winning the Mr. Karnataka 2024 title is a great moment, but having my wife present the award is everything. Her support is my greatest strength. This is a victory for both of us.

This is my comeback story. After a major leg surgery, I was determined to return stronger. I pushed through the pain and recovery to win three gold medals in a row, proving that nothing can stop you if you have the will to fight.

About this collection

Don't come here looking for fancy AC or machines that do the work for you. At Xtreme Fitness, we rely on heavy compound lifts like deadlifts, squats, and presses to build real muscle. You get direct, floor-level supervision from me for 6 days a week, with a focus on macro-nutrient planning that uses real, affordable food. If you are serious about seeing a shift in your physique, this is where we start the grind.

My Approach to Fitness

I believe the gym is not just for building muscle; it is for building a mindset that can move a mountain. Whether you are a beginner or a competitive athlete, I do not believe in shortcuts or 'quick fixes.' If you are here to train, you are here to work.

The Training Protocol

My coaching style is hands-on and demanding. I focus on:

  • Heavy Compound Lifts: We master the basics. Deadlifts, squats, and bench presses are the foundation of any real transformation.
  • Symmetry and Conditioning: We target lag points and use functional training—like tire flips and battle ropes—to ensure your physique is balanced, not just big.
  • Nutrition over Gadgets: You cannot out-train a bad diet. I guide you on macro-nutrient planning using whole foods you can actually buy and cook, like eggs, chicken, and rice. No hidden, expensive supplements required.

Contest Prep

For those stepping on stage, the prep is different. We scale to two sessions a day, working on peak week protocols, water manipulation, and mandatory posing. You will train alongside Team Karnataka athletes in a high-intensity environment where failure is not an option.
