I do not run a fancy studio with air conditioning. My gym at MNB Complex is an iron space where we focus on heavy compounds like deadlifts and squats, and I supervise every lift personally. You show up ready to work because I am there to spot you, correct your form, and ensure you do not quit when the set gets heavy.

Training at Xtreme Fitness is simple: basics, intensity, and consistency. Whether you are a beginner or looking to compete, we stick to the fundamentals. We use plate-loaded machines, heavy dumbbells exceeding 40kg, and equipment like battle ropes and tires for conditioning.

I train you personally. You will not find assistants doing the job because I am on the floor watching your squat depth and your deadlift form. My gym is an open, fan-cooled environment in Madhugiri because the only thing that should heat up is your body, not the room. We focus on hypertrophy and functional strength, helping everyone from 47-year-olds to athletes build real, usable power.
