I am a sole fighter. This video shows me performing stiff-leg deadlifts, an essential exercise for building strong hamstrings and a powerful posterior chain.

I do not run a fancy studio with air conditioning. My gym at MNB Complex is an iron space where we focus on heavy compounds like deadlifts and squats, and I supervise every lift personally. You show up ready to work because I am there to spot you, correct your form, and ensure you do not quit when the set gets heavy.
