About this collection
I did not build this physique by following trends or buying expensive supplements. It took years of trial and error to reverse my own health issues and build the, Human Weapon, system I teach today. If you are tired of generic advice and ready to actually fix your health, this is where we start.
My philosophy is not just about counting reps. It is about total lifestyle reconstruction. Most people come to me after failing at restrictive diets or getting stiff from gym machines that do not account for human anatomy. When you train with me, we address the root causes: your food, your movement, and your mindset. I treat fitness as a stoic journey where discipline is the primary tool.
