Competition Bodybuilding & Posing Mastery

About this collection
It’s not just about lifting heavy; it’s about absolute control. In this cluster, you see my mandatory poses—front double bicep, lat spread, and ab vacuums. I teach you how to transition between poses to showcase every strip of muscle you’ve earned through months of disciplined dieting and training.
Stage presence is fifty percent of the game. You can be the biggest guy in the gym, but if you can’t display that muscle with symmetry and confidence, you lose points. When I coach you for competition, we go beyond the weights. We focus on the 'art' of the physique: tightening your midsection, controlling your breathing under fatigue, and mastering the angle that makes your lats look wider.
My prep isn't for the faint of heart. We run a 16-week contest prep protocol. This includes:
- Conditioning: Carb-cycling and water manipulation strategies to strip away body fat while keeping the muscle full.
- Posing Drill: Mandatory poses (Front Double Bicep, Side Chest, Most Muscular) until they are muscle memory. You practice these until you can hold them without shaking, even when you're depleted.
- Presentation: Guidance on tanning, trunk selection, and stage etiquette. You need to look like a champion before you even step on the mat.
At Xtreme Fitness in Madhugiri, you aren't training in a polished, air-conditioned studio. You are training in an iron gym where we bleed and sweat. If you have the fire to step on stage, I have the blueprint to get you there. Ba, work out madanna (Come, let's work out). Let's see if you can handle the intensity.
