About this collection

My coaching philosophy is simple: you cannot build a winning physique if your mind is broken. When I work with clients, we spend as much time on discipline and stress management as we do on lifting mechanics. My own path to the stage was never linear, it was paved with surgeries, broken bones, and necessary mindset shifts that I now use to guide every athlete I train.

I do not just track calories or count sets. I track character. In 2019, after a violent attack, I was told I might never lift properly again because of the damage to my arm. Rebuilding was not just about physical therapy, it was about accepting that the 'Beast' moniker is something you earn every single day through sweat and stubborn, boring consistency.
