A glimpse into my 'work-in' philosophy where strength meets stillness. From advanced pilates on the reformer to sunrise flows on the sand, this is how I guide body and mind.
This is where strength meets flexibility. Using the Pilates tower, I guide clients through advanced movements that build a powerful core, decompress the spine, and create incredible body control. This is more than a workout; it's mastering your own movement.
Finding balance with the sound of the waves. A headstand on the beach isn't just a physical challenge; it's an act of focus and presence. This is what my Goa beach sessions are all about: connecting your practice to the power of nature.
Leading a sunset session on the sand. There is a special energy when we practice together, guided by the ocean breeze. In my group workshops, I help you find your center and connect with a community of like-minded people.
Building functional strength and stability using the Pilates Chair. This single-leg squat variation is an advanced move that challenges balance, activates deep core muscles, and improves joint stability for better mobility in everyday life.
Taking flight with Bakasana, or Crane Pose. This arm balance is a powerful demonstration of how we build rock-solid upper body strength, core activation, and mental focus. It's about overcoming fear and trusting your own power.
The art of movement in Acro Pilates. This flow combines the strength of Chair Pilates with the balance and trust of partner work. It's a beautiful expression of coordination, control, and collaborative energy.
My guiding principle: *Shakti hi jeevan hai, durbalta hi mrityu hai*. Strength is life, weakness is death. This applies not just to the body, but to the mind and spirit. True wellness is found when all three are strong.

I believe in Kaizen—the practice of getting 1% better every day. My sessions are not about quick fixes; they are about building a foundation of strength that serves you for a lifetime. Whether you are a beginner or looking to master advanced inversions, we focus on the process, not just the pose.
My Approach to Movement
- Yogalates Fusion: I blend the core-fire of Pilates with the mindful flow of Yoga. You get the strength and control of the Reformer or Mat Pilates, combined with the flexibility and breath-work of Hatha and Vinyasa.
- Apparatus Training: In my private sessions, I utilize the Reformer, Cadillac (Tower), and Wunda Chair. These tools allow for controlled resistance training that helps with injury rehabilitation, spinal extension, and functional strength.
- Beach & Nature Sessions: When we step out of the studio for beach workshops, the focus shifts to grounding and connection. The uneven sand challenges your stabilizers, while the rhythm of the ocean helps you find that elusive sukoon.
