Standard 3-Day Functional Training
Session Logistics

Intensive 6-Day Performance Program

What I Do
Strength & Conditioning is where you find your edge, not just bigger muscles. At Sporbit, I focus on helping athletes build real power and resilience so they can last longer, move quicker, and recover faster. It’s not all fun - expect sweat, tough days, and some serious pushes - but that’s how you get ahead.
How Training Works
- We hit sport-specific strength training with functional power workouts. You won’t just lift weights; you’ll flip tires, drag sleds, and push your body in ways that actually matter on the field.
- Speed and agility drills are a mainstay. Cones, ladders, and plenty of sprints get you moving sharp and explosive. Even if you trip a few times, that’s part of the game.
- Athletic endurance program means you’ll build stamina that lasts beyond the first half. I make sure your engine doesn’t quit when you need it most.
My Approach
- Every plan is custom - jaise hum kehte hain (like I always say), small details make big differences.
- You get expert attention from coaches who know the grind. We watch, correct, and push you. Expect some tough love: Rukna nahi hai! Aur zor lagao! (Don’t stop! Put in more effort!)
- Injury prevention exercises and mobility work are part of every session. I want you strong, but also moving well and staying healthy.

My Story
Hey, hum hain Sporbit Sports Academy. Gurgaon Sector 65 mein, sabse bada multi-sports arena. Yahan sabko welcome karte hain - chote munchkins bhi, bade players bhi. Bas, bachon ko ground pe leke aaiye, dekho kaise khud hi khelna seekh jayenge (just bring your kids to the ground, they’ll pick up the game seeing others). Coaches yahan sirf sikhate nahi, mentor bhi hain. Hum maante hain, mehnat se hi asli champion bante hain.
