About Functional Strength Training

Training for the Field
Most people train to look good in the gym, but our athletes train to win on the field. This program is built for cricket players, footballers, and anyone who needs explosive speed and core stability. We use functional tools like tires and resistance sleds because they mimic the unpredictable nature of sports. When you are out on the pitch, you need movement efficiency, not just isolated muscle growth.
Choose Your Intensity
We offer two paths based on your goals:
- Standard 3-Day Program: Ideal for building a foundation. You will focus on mechanics, agility, and core strength without overtraining.
- Intensive 6-Day Program: For those chasing serious performance. This includes heavy load work and high-intensity interval training designed to push your lactate threshold and build elite stamina.
