- Surface: Outdoor hard courts (acrylic/synthetic coated concrete).

- Conditioning: Basic warm-up routines, agility ladders, and stamina building.
- Rules: Instruction on traveling, double dribble, and fouls.
Advanced Daily Academy (5-6 Days/Week)

- Frequency: 5 to 6 sessions per week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 90 minutes per session (extended for fitness and skills).
- Coaching: Training led by Senior or Head Coach.
Advanced Curriculum
- Tactics: 3x3 specific strategies, offensive plays (screens/cuts), and zone defense.
- Scoring: Weak-hand dribbling, jump shots, and 3-point shooting mechanics.
- Conditioning: Dedicated strength blocks, core work, and vertical jump preparation.
- Competition: Internal practice matches and simulation of tournament pressure.

My Story
Hey, hum hain Sporbit Sports Academy. Gurgaon Sector 65 mein, sabse bada multi-sports arena. Yahan sabko welcome karte hain - chote munchkins bhi, bade players bhi. Bas, bachon ko ground pe leke aaiye, dekho kaise khud hi khelna seekh jayenge (just bring your kids to the ground, they’ll pick up the game seeing others). Coaches yahan sirf sikhate nahi, mentor bhi hain. Hum maante hain, mehnat se hi asli champion bante hain.
