My Take on Yoga

How Mysore Changed My Flow
My 200-hour teacher training in Mysore threw me right into the deep end. Early mornings, full-on breathwork yoga sessions and hours of exploring why we move the way we do. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me that yoga is more than what happens on the mat - it’s how we meet ourselves every day, messy bits and all.
