Sound Healing and Yoga Therapy
A look at my core offerings—where sound meets stillness, and movement meets breath. Whether it is a personal 1:1 session to reset your nervous system or a collective sound bath, this space is open for you.
This is what a personal 1:1 sound healing session looks like. I use Tibetan singing bowls on and around the body to create targeted vibrations, helping to release deep-seated tension and reset your nervous system in a calm, safe space.
Here is a glimpse into one of my group sound baths during a wellness retreat. Participants relax in Savasana as I move through the space, allowing the healing frequencies of the bowls to wash over everyone for a collective energy reset.
These are the sacred instruments I use to create my soundscapes. The collection includes a full set of Seven-Chakra Tibetan bowls, a rainstick, and a tongue drum, each chosen for its unique vibrational quality and healing potential.
The practice of creating sound is a meditation in itself. Here, I am working with a single singing bowl, focusing on creating a pure, sustained tone that helps guide the mind from a state of activity to one of deep stillness.
I also offer space cleansing for homes and offices. Using the dynamic vibrations of a singing bowl, I move through the area to clear stagnant or negative energy, restoring a sense of harmony and vitality to your environment.
My practice is a blend of sound and movement. This photo captures a moment of physical discipline in my studio, surrounded by the instruments that facilitate inner stillness. The balance between body and mind is central to my work.
The atmosphere of a sound bath can be tailored to the energy of the group. In this session, I used colored lighting to create a deeply immersive and meditative environment, helping participants to disconnect from the outside world and journey inward.
About Featured
I use a set of Seven-Chakra Tibetan singing bowls to create physical vibrations directly on your body. Unlike passive listening, this vibro-acoustic therapy places bowls on your chest, stomach, and back to target specific tension points, helping your brain shift from an anxious state to deep rest.
My practice is built on the belief that progress is the goal, not perfection. Whether you are coming for a 1-on-1 Vibro-Acoustic Healing session or joining our group sound baths—which I call 'Enge family' (our family)—the intent is the same: to move from a noisy headspace to a place of stillness.
What to Expect
- 1-on-1 Sessions: These are targeted. We start with a 10-minute consultation to identify if you are dealing with insomnia, pain, or heavy stress. I then use direct bowl placement to send physical vibrations deep into tissue and bone.
- Group Sound Baths: In these sessions, you simply lie down on a yoga mat in Savasana. I move through the space with the rainstick, 12-bar swinging chime, and bowls, creating a 3D sound environment that helps you disconnect from the outside world.
- Space & Aura Cleansing: I travel to your home or office with my equipment to identify areas of stagnant energy, using vocal toning and bowls to clear the atmosphere and restore vitality.
Everything here is rooted in my own journey. From the memory of my late Amma to the chaos of managing a household and raising my son, Yugan, this work is my way of staying centered. It is not just about the instruments; it is about finding the silence within.
