Architecture is about precision, not just visuals. See how we manage the messy, complicated, and exciting reality of turning structural plans into a home that works.

This is the "before" shot of our Kedia's 53/2 project. We started with an abandoned, dilapidated structure, facing significant technical challenges to transform it.

The original exterior of the building, showing its poor condition before we began the renovation and redesign process.

The site before construction, filled with debris. This image provides a stark contrast to the finished luxury residence.

The state of the interior before our intervention, showing the raw, unfinished spaces we had to work with.

A look at the original exposed beams and brickwork. Our challenge was to integrate modern services like central air conditioning within the existing, restrictive structure.

This video shows the dramatic transformation of the Casa Acentuada project, from a raw construction site with scaffolding to the stunning, finished living space.

A work-in-progress video from our Punjabi Bagh project. This shows the interior taking shape, from the scaffolding in the double-height volume to the installation of the curved ceiling and patterned flooring.

On-site footage from our Sushant Lok project. This video captures the raw structure, the installation of the marble staircase, and the voids sculpted to create a modern spatial experience.

A black and white video showing the construction progress at our Ashok Vihar site. You can see the façade's geometric frame being built and the interior spaces beginning to take form.

A sneak peek of the nearly completed Casa Acentuada project. This clip reveals the flamboyant elevation at night and glimpses of the artsy, textured interiors before the official photoshoot.

About The Build Process: From Blueprint to Reality

We do not just hand over drawings and disappear. Take our Kedia's 53/2 project, for example. We inherited an abandoned structure with scattered column grids and two-foot deep beams that made installing central air conditioning and modern plumbing a technical challenge. Rather than hide these structural limitations, we re-engineered the ceiling heights to integrate services seamlessly, proving that good design is as much about solving onsite problems as it is about aesthetics.
