• I always study the site before starting. Orientation, sunlight, and surroundings matter a lot for both comfort and sustainability.
• You’ll get 3D architectural visualization services so you can see your space before we build. No guesswork - you’ll know exactly what you’re getting.
• All technical details, floor plans, and construction documents are handled by me, so there’s less headache for you.
• Integrated landscape architecture is a big part of my work. I try to blur the line between indoors and outdoors whenever possible.
