Our design proposal for a residence in Dwarka, Sector 23. This concept uses fluid, wrap-around frames to define each floor, with contrasting bronze-colored balconies adding warmth and visual interest to the concrete structure.

About Modern Residential Façades

The façade is more than a front elevation; it is the first dialogue between a home and its environment. In our work, we prioritize deep shadow lines and layered textures that evolve with the sun, ensuring that the house maintains its character from dawn through to evening, regardless of the street-facing orientation.
