Our vision for a futuristic villa in Goa, defined by bold, curvilinear concrete forms that seem to float. We used parametric tools to sculpt the structure, creating a seamless flow between floors and balconies.

For this commercial project in Tagore Park, we designed a kinetic façade using parametric modeling. The undulating black panels create a sense of motion and a visually arresting texture that changes with the light.

Parametric design is often misunderstood as pure aesthetics, but our process is deeply technical. When we model fluid forms or kinetic facades, we use data-driven simulations to test how sunlight, wind, and structural loads impact the building. This ensures that every curve, cantilever, or angled surface serves a purpose, providing structural stability while achieving that striking, modern look.

By utilizing parametric modeling software, we can simulate the environmental performance of a building long before construction begins. For projects like the Goa villa concept, this meant calculating precise structural loads to support the dramatic cantilevers and floating rooflines. It allows us to push boundaries without compromising on safety or long-term durability.
We also apply this same rigour to commercial projects, such as our work in Tagore Park. Here, we developed a kinetic facade using parametric panels. This design is not just visual. The undulating panels are positioned to manage solar heat gain while creating a facade that changes appearance throughout the day as the light shifts. This is the heart of our practice. We use advanced tools to solve real spatial problems, whether that is optimizing airflow in a farmhouse or creating a landmark exterior for a commercial complex.
