About Strength Foundations: Deadlifts, Squats & Heavy Lifts
I don't just count reps; I look at how your body moves under load. Whether we are correcting your deadlift hinge or fixing your squat depth, I provide immediate technical feedback so you stay safe while building raw power. You won't find mindless repetition here, just deliberate, effective training.
Building a solid base requires more than just picking up heavy iron. It is about understanding your own body mechanics. My approach to strength foundations involves dissecting complex movements like the squat clean, front squat, and deadlift into manageable phases.
We start with the basics of form to ensure your spine and joints are protected before we add significant weight. This is how we avoid common plateaus and injuries. My programming is built around progressive overload, which means we systematically increase your intensity to force adaptation. Whether you are training with me at my space in Indiranagar or following my online modules from your home gym, the principles remain the same.
What we focus on:
- Deadlift Mechanics: Fixing the hinge, engaging the lats, and keeping the bar path tight.
- Squat Variations: Mastering everything from front squats to sissy squats to ensure full leg development and mobility.
- Hybrid Training: We don't just lift. I integrate functional fitness drills and explosive movements like cleans to make sure you aren't just strong in the gym, but capable in life.
Consistency is the only secret sauce. Results take time, and my role is to make sure you show up with the right energy every single session. If you are ready to stop guessing and start lifting with purpose, let's get to work.
