About Yoga Teacher Training: Level 1 (200-Hour)

This is a rigorous residential course that follows a structured daily routine from 05:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Beyond your Asana and Pranayama classes, you will participate in one hour of daily Karma Yoga—community service tasks such as kitchen duty or library maintenance—which is essential to grounding your practice in selfless action.
