About Karate & Kickboxing: Striking with Power

In my sessions, we don't just go through the motions. You will be on the mats working on real technique, whether it is perfecting a Shito-Ryu stance or pushing through a high-intensity kickboxing drill on the punching bag. It is about practical movement, building sweat, and finding the discipline to show up for yourself, even when you are tired. I focus on correct form so that you stay safe while you get stronger.
