About Karate & Kickboxing: Striking with Power
In my sessions, we don't just go through the motions. You will be on the mats working on real technique, whether it is perfecting a Shito-Ryu stance or pushing through a high-intensity kickboxing drill on the punching bag. It is about practical movement, building sweat, and finding the discipline to show up for yourself, even when you are tired. I focus on correct form so that you stay safe while you get stronger.
I teach a blend of traditional Karate and modern striking arts here in Gurugram. My goal is simple: helping you become self-reliant, or what I call 'Aatmanirbhar'.
The core of our training is Shito-Ryu Karate. This builds the discipline of mind and body. We spend time on katas to master balance and precision. Because real-world scenarios require versatility, I layer this with kickboxing. We use focus mitts and heavy bags to build actual striking power. You will learn to throw a jab-cross combo with proper weight transfer, not just swinging your arms.
We train in Sector 46 and across Gurugram, and the dojo is a community. Whether you are coming in for the standard 3-day program or the advanced 6-day athlete track, expect a workout that challenges your cardiovascular endurance and your mental focus. We use ankle weights for resistance and cones for agility drills because power comes from footwork as much as your fists. You are not just here to learn moves. You are here to build a foundation that translates to real-world confidence.
