About The Foundation: Heavy Compound Lifts

Compound lifts are not just about moving weight, they are about absolute control. In my sessions at 21 Fitness, I personally manage the plate loading and provide professional spotting for every squat and deadlift. This means you focus entirely on your form and hitting your PR, while I ensure the heavy bar stays on the right path.
