About Client Workouts
Every session is strictly monitored, whether we are hitting heavy compound lifts or high-intensity conditioning. I focus on technique first, so if I see your form slipping during a deadlift or row, we correct it immediately. My goal is to build a body that is as capable as it looks, using disciplined, periodized training blocks that drive real progress rather than just counting reps.
How We Train
I don’t believe in generic gym routines that look good but do nothing for your actual performance. Whether we are in a 1-on-1 session or a semi-private 'You-Go-I-Go' setup, the intensity is always high.
- Technical Mastery: We drill Olympic lifts like the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. These are not just exercises; they are tools to develop explosive power and coordination. If your form is off, we fix it—no excuses.
- Functional Strength: We focus on the six main human movements: squat, push, pull, lunge, hinge, and carry. This builds a body that is resilient in sports and everyday life.
- Structured Progression: We don't just 'workout'. I use custom periodization, splitting our focus between hypertrophy and strength phases based on your specific biometrics.
- Injury Prevention: A strong core and mobile joints are non-negotiable. We spend time on ankle dorsiflexion, hip openers, and corrective drills like Bulgarian split squats to keep you training pain-free.
The Palam Vihar Gym Culture
We train at partner facilities like Gold's Gym in Palam Vihar. It is a space for serious training, not for taking selfies. When you sign up, you commit to 12 sessions a month, 3 days a week. We track every lift, record your sets for video review, and adjust your nutrition based on traditional Indian diet principles.
