I don't believe in shortcuts. These guides show you exactly how I coach movements, fix form issues, and build functional power for the real world.

Here are four exercises I use to build big quads. The workout includes front squats, Bulgarian split squats, sissy squats, and laid back leg extensions.

Want to build bigger quads? Try these four exercises in your next leg day. We use sissy squats, front squats, reverse nordics, and laid back leg extensions.

To lift heavy and better, you need mobility and a strong support structure. We use drills like cat and camel, single leg glute bridges, and weighted ankle dorsiflexion.

A strong posterior chain is key to a powerful deadlift and squat. Here are four "good morning" variations using bands, a barbell, and a weight plate to build it.

Here are some killer quad exercises using the Smith machine. This machine allows us to safely perform movements like split squats, narrow stance squats, and full squats.

The push press builds full body power. We start with the basic push press at level one, then progress to the squat push press at level two for a greater challenge.

Here are four exercises to increase your punching speed and power. We use heavy bag work, dumbbell shadow boxing, resistance band shadow boxing, and the powerful push press.

About Instructional Guides & Drills

Form comes first, always. I don't care how much weight you load on the bar if your mechanics are broken, because that is how injuries happen. Before you even touch a heavy barbell, look at how I use drills like the cat and camel or weighted ankle dorsiflexion to prepare your body. My goal is to build a bulletproof body, not just ego-lifting numbers.

I share these drills because I see too many people training hard but training wrong. Whether you are a beginner struggling to hit depth on a squat or an athlete trying to increase your punching speed, the principles remain the same.

Why I Focus on Technique

Most gym-goers skip the foundation. If you want to build bigger quads or a stronger posterior chain, you have to understand the movement patterns.

  • Posterior Chain Power: Exercises like the banded good morning are non-negotiable for deadlift strength. They build the hamstrings and glutes, which are the engine of your body.
  • The Smith Machine Debate: I use the Smith machine for targeted, safe overload. It allows us to isolate the quads with split squats or narrow stance squats without stabilizing muscles failing before the target muscle is exhausted.
  • Mobility is Strength: If your ankles are stiff, your squat will never be deep or safe. I include mobility work in every session to fix muscle imbalances.

My Philosophy

Training is my bhakti (devotion). When I coach, I am hands-on. I will spot your heavy lifts, call out your form, and tell you 'No Rep' if you are cheating the movement. We focus on real-world functional movement, training the push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge, and carry. If you are in Palam Vihar or near Dwarka Expressway and ready to stop making excuses, let us work. We track your 1RM, we fix your gait, and we build raw, undeniable strength.
