Don't just lift heavy, learn to move with precision. I focus on the technical mastery of the snatch, clean, and jerk to build real, explosive power.

This complex combines three movements: the deadlift, the power clean, and the jerk. It is a full body workout that builds strength, power, and coordination.

A demonstration of a clean and jerk, followed by an overhead squat and kettlebell lunges. This is how we build dynamic, functional strength.

Mastering the snatch and overhead squat. These movements require a unique combination of mobility, stability, and explosive power that we build over time.

To improve your snatch rhythm, we use drills like the snatch pull and panda pull before hitting a full squat snatch. This builds muscle memory for a perfect lift.

Executing a power clean. This lift is all about generating force from the ground up and requires precise timing and technique. Jai Shree Ganesh.

Welcome to the weightlifting zone. This is where we work on complex movements like the clean and press to build athletic power.

Promise yourself that no matter how hard it gets, you will not give up. An overhead squat complex that tests stability and strength.

About Olympic Lifting: Speed & Technique

I do not care how heavy you can lift if your form is broken. In my sessions, I call 'No Rep' the moment your technique slips. We are not just moving metal; we are building the muscle memory for a safe, powerful lift. Whether we are drilling snatch pulls or stabilizing an overhead squat, every rep is done with intention, not ego.

Olympic lifting isn't about raw strength alone. It is a game of speed, timing, and precision. If you are struggling with your snatch or clean and jerk, it is usually because the rhythm is off. I break these complex movements down into phases—the first pull, the transition, the catch, and the recovery.

We start with foundational drills like panda pulls and snatch pulls to correct your bar path before you ever touch a max load. Once your mechanics are solid, we move to the full lifts. I train clients at Gold's Gym Palam Vihar and within the surrounding Palam Vihar and Dwarka Expressway areas. We utilize professional Olympic lifting platforms and integrate accessory work like overhead squats and unilateral movements to bulletproof your joints.

My gym is my mandir (temple), and I treat coaching like bhakti (devotion). I’m hands-on, spotting your heavy lifts and monitoring your intensity to prevent injury. If you are bored of generic gym routines and ready to learn how to train like an athlete, let's build something real.

I’m Shivam. For me, the gym is a temple, and I treat every session with respect. I don't believe in shortcuts or fluff. My coaching is simple: we fix your form, get you under the bar, and build strength that actually translates to your performance.
