About The Studio & Our Community
My classes are intentionally kept small, with batches capped at 10 to 15 students. This ensures I can provide individual attention to your form and alignment, making it feel less like a crowded gym workout and more like a shared practice where everyone actually gets the space to breathe and grow.
Why the focus on smaller batches?
Yoga is not a one-size-fits-all practice. By keeping groups intimate, I can offer real cues for your posture rather than just shouting instructions from the front. Whether we are practicing Vinyasa flow or grounding ourselves in Hatha asanas, the goal is to make sure you feel supported, not just physically present.
What we actually do in class
- Breath-led movement: My background in dance and yoga means we do not just hold poses. We flow into them. We use the breath to guide the intensity.
- Props for everyone: If you think you are not flexible enough, that is exactly why you need to come. We use blocks and straps to make the postures work for your body, not the other way around.
- Non-judgmental space: There is no performance anxiety here. You are here to learn, to release tension, and to return to yourself. Khuda hi jaane, you might find something you were not even looking for.

I offer a pay-per-session model for those with irregular schedules, so you do not feel locked into a monthly commitment before you are ready. For those looking for more consistency, our monthly membership guarantees your spot in a dedicated community. We train in a calm, shared wellness space in Bengaluru with proper flooring, which is the perfect environment to leave the city noise outside.
