My Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh

This is a glimpse into my transformative trip to Rishikesh, where I became a certified RYT200 and RYT YIN 50 instructor. The journey taught me the profound power of breath and solidified my holistic approach to yoga, blending physical practice with deep mindfulness.

Dance & Mindful Movement

Before my yoga journey, dance was my first language of expression, and it continues to inform my practice. I believe all mindful movement is a path to self-discovery, helping to improve body awareness and complement a traditional yoga routine.
