Before my yoga journey, dance was my first language of expression. I combine both here to help you improve body awareness and release stored stress through mindful flow.

About Dance & Mindful Movement
My classes focus on the 'why' rather than the 'how' of movement. We don't worry about perfect form here, because dance is just a way to let go of the day's stress and warm up your body for the mindful breathwork that follows.
Think of this as a space where dance meets deep somatic awareness. I don't teach strict choreography because that’s not the point. We use movement to listen to the body, often transitioning from an expressive dance flow directly into Vinyasa and Hatha-based yoga sequences.
My approach is rooted in the idea that 'breath' is the captain of the ship. We spend a lot of time on Pranayama (breathwork) to anchor your nervous system, making these sessions ideal for anyone feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
What to expect in a session:
- Somatic Release: We use fluid, dance-like transitions to unlock tension held in the hips and shoulders.
- Zero Judgement: Whether you are a trained dancer or have never moved to music before, you are welcome. This is about self-discovery, not performance.
- Breath-Centered Yoga: The physical movement is always guided by the rhythm of your breath, helping you move from a place of feeling rather than just copying a pose.
- Flexible Participation: I run sessions across Bengaluru, ranging from open-level group batches to 1-on-1 therapeutic movement sessions.
