A simple smile that holds a story of transformation. This year taught me to reset my frequency from within, and I landed in a much better place. I bring this energy of gratitude and inner strength to my teaching, hoping to inspire you to find your own.

Stepping into an era of doing things I never did before. Life has its way of pushing us to grow. My yoga practice has been my anchor through it all, teaching me to move ahead with faith, and I love sharing that strength with others.

Soaking in the sunshine and feeling grateful. I believe in setting intentions and putting in the effort to bring dreams to life. My yoga classes are a space where we can work on our intentions together, one breath at a time.

About My Journey of Resilience & Joy

I don't teach poses to perfect them; I teach them to help you feel them. In our 60-minute sessions, we blend Hatha and Vinyasa flows with somatic movement to release the physical and emotional tension you might be carrying. It is a judgment-free space where we focus on your breath and your rhythm, not on looking like the person on the next mat.
