Mindful Yoga & Flow: My Personal Practice
I believe yoga is a journey back to yourself, not a performance. Explore my collection of moments that capture the essence of my practice—breath-led, soul-nourishing, and completely open to everyone.
This is where the magic happens. In my classes, we move together, focusing on proper alignment in foundational poses like Adho Mukha Svanasana, or Downward-Facing Dog. It's a space for both beginners and experienced practitioners to deepen their mind-body connection through structured vinyasa and yin yoga sequences.
A moment of pure gratitude from my yoga teacher training in Rishikesh. This journey was a profound investment in myself, teaching me that breath is the true captain of our ship. I bring this authentic, traditional understanding of yoga's spiritual roots to every class I lead.
After a year of deep challenges and transformation, finding the courage to face the camera again felt like a new beginning. This is me, filled with pride and hope, ready to guide you on your own path to resilience and wellbeing through a dedicated yoga practice.
Our community at the studio, our shared third space. I am so grateful for the wonderful people I get to connect with through yoga. My classes are more than just a workout; they are a place to build connections and support each other's growth.
Opening my arms to what is and what will be. This feeling of joyful surrender is what I aim to cultivate in my yoga sessions. It's about finding freedom in your body and peace in your mind, whether you're in a studio or surrounded by nature.
A moment of complete surrender in the sacred waters of the Ganges in Rishikesh. This experience taught me so much about faith and letting go. My holistic yoga approach is built on these lessons, helping you find your own sense of peace and flow.
About Featured
I believe yoga is about letting life in rather than perfecting a pose. In my sessions, we focus on breath-led Hatha and Vinyasa flows designed for real people, not just flexible ones. Whether you are coming for stress release or to build strength, I use props and modifications to ensure you feel supported at your own pace in a space where judgment just does not exist.
My yoga journey began with a sudden, transformative trip to Rishikesh. It taught me that the breath is the true captain of the ship, a lesson I bring into every single class I lead. When we connect our movement to our breath, we stop fighting our bodies and start listening to them.
What to expect in my classes
I focus on a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa flow. You do not need to be super flexible to start. I use wooden blocks, bolsters, and straps to help you find stability, regardless of your experience level. My goal is to create a 'third space'—a welcoming, safe environment where you can show up exactly as you are. We might practice in a shared studio, but the focus is entirely on your internal experience and emotional release.
Flexible options to suit your life
I know that life can be unpredictable. That is why I offer flexible ways to join:
- Drop-in sessions: If you are unsure about a long-term commitment or just want to try a class, you can book a single session starting at ₹600. It is a no-pressure way to see if our vibe matches.
- Small group membership: For those who want more consistency, I offer a 12-session monthly plan in batches of 10-15 people. This allows me to give you individual attention for form correction and build a real community connection.
- One-on-one therapy: If you are dealing with specific physical limitations or need space for deep somatic release, we can work together privately. I tailor these sessions completely to your physical and mental state for the day.
Let’s keep moving, keep learning, and breathe through it all.
