This is where the magic happens. In my classes, we move together, focusing on proper alignment in foundational poses like Adho Mukha Svanasana, or Downward-Facing Dog. It's a space for both beginners and experienced practitioners to deepen their mind-body connection through structured vinyasa and yin yoga sequences.

A moment of pure gratitude from my yoga teacher training in Rishikesh. This journey was a profound investment in myself, teaching me that breath is the true captain of our ship. I bring this authentic, traditional understanding of yoga's spiritual roots to every class I lead.
