Just a regular class full of fun and energy. We were trying out a trending routine here, and as you can see, it’s all about having a good time together. My group classes are a judgment-free zone to just be yourself.

About In-Person & Virtual Group Classes

In my sessions, I focus on follow-along routines rather than complex steps, so you never feel behind. We use high-energy Bollywood tracks to keep the vibe up, and the goal is simple: sweat, smile, and let go of the day's stress in a space where no one is watching.

My Approach to Dance

I believe dance is for everyone. You do not need a background in professional dance to join my classes. My sessions are designed for emotional release and fitness through movement. We stick to follow-along cardio routines, making it accessible even if you feel like you have two left feet. It is about movement, not perfection.

In-Studio vs. Virtual

For those in Bengaluru and Gurugram, I host sessions at partner studios like My Third Space and Zink Fitness. These spots are air-conditioned with professional flooring, perfect for a 60-minute cardio burn. If you prefer staying home, my virtual classes bring the same high-energy Bollywood playlist directly to your living room. We work through a mix of trending hits and classic high-tempo songs, aiming to burn between 400 and 600 calories.

The Community

It is a zero-judgment zone. Whether you are coming solo or with friends, the group energy is what makes it feel like a party rather than a workout. We focus on the 'jaado' (magic) of moving together. If you are looking for a fun way to get your cardio in or just want to shake off the week, come join us.
