- Strength Component: Last 15 minutes dedicated to floor exercises (planks, crunches) and arm toning using 1kg to 2.5kg vinyl dumbbells.

I don't like boring workouts, and honestly, I don't think you do either. At Sam's Dance and Fitness Studio, our classes feel like a party, not a punishment. We dance, sweat, and laugh together - and somehow, fitness just happens along the way.

We aren’t just a bunch of strangers moving to music. My group is more like a family - everyone cheers each other on, we celebrate all the small wins (and birthdays too), and there’s always someone to share a high-five. No judgment, just support. Even if you’ve never danced before, you’ll fit right in.
What’s the Dance Deal?
- Zumba Fun: Our group Zumba workout is all about high-energy moves with a proper mix of floor exercises and stretching. Full-body, sweaty, and you’ll be grinning the whole time.
- Bollybeats Fitness: Bollywood dance exercise with a punch of fitness. The music is desi, the moves are full-on, and the energy is next level. If you’re looking for a fun fitness party, this is it.

My Story
Hey, I'm Sam - this studio is my life, not just work. My happiest moments? Watching my students, from tiny kids to our unstoppable ladies, light up the stage. We aren’t just dancers, we’re family - birthdays, festivals, all of it together. Even big names like Yashwanth master have dropped by for workshops! I wanted a place 'Where dance speaks.' Now, seeing our crazy, loving dance family grow... feels unreal. What more could I want?

Dance, Zumba, Bollybeats & More - We teach dance to all ages, plus energetic Zumba for adults and Bollybeats fitness classes.
Kids and Adults Both - We start with kids as young as 3, and adults are always welcome. No age limit for fun.
