This is the vibe! A high-energy Bollywood dance fitness class where we just let go and move. Here I am with my friend Rahul and an amazing group, feeling the music and sweating it out together. This is what pure joy looks like.

Celebrating festivals with dance is my favorite thing! This is from my special Bolly-Garba dance fitness workshop during Navratri. We combine high-energy Bollywood beats with traditional Garba steps for a super fun, festive workout.
