I prioritize proper form and pad work so you get a serious workout that builds speed, agility, and genuine confidence without the ego of a fight club.
When you join our combat sessions at Turbo Fitness, expect a full-body conditioning experience that goes way beyond cardio. We break down complex movements into simple, actionable drills. You will work on your jab-cross combinations, footwork, and defensive maneuvers using focus mitts and heavy bags. This is functional training at its best. You burn calories while learning actual fighting skills.
We keep the groups dynamic. You will see kids training alongside adults, and everyone supports each other. If you are worried about not knowing how to throw a punch, don't be. Our trainers are right there with you, correcting your stance and showing you how to generate power from your core.
