Running Community and Training Highlights
See how we train, recover, and grow together. These moments capture the heart of our Bengaluru running tribe, from stadium tracks to trail marathons.
This is a glimpse into the world of ultra-running. A 100km training run in 7 hours and 48 minutes. The love and respect from the Bengaluru running community always feel like coming home.
A runner's tribute to her coaches. She completed a solo 35k run for one coach's birthday and then joined me for the last 7k of my 40th marathon. This is the kind of dedication that defines our community.
A weekend story dedicated to the coaches. It's humbling to see the effort my runners put in, not just in their own training, but in supporting their coaches and fellow teammates.
The wish to run alongside your coaches. This runner made that wish come true by joining me for the final stretch of my marathon in Kolkata. These shared miles are incredibly special.
It gets emotional when I think about the unconditional effort organizers put into races. They spend months planning for us to come, have fun, and get a medal. I was honored to share my feedback at the Beyond42.195 trail run.
About Additional Media
These snapshots capture the shift from solitary struggle to shared purpose. Whether it is the pacing splits from a 100km training run or the quiet moments after a long stadium session, you are seeing our 80/20 training principle in practice. We focus on building aerobic capacity through low-intensity miles so you can run for years, not just for one race season.
Running is not just about the distance you cover; it is about who you become in the process. The gallery here showcases what happens when you remove the ego from the sport. You see the Kanteerava Stadium sessions where we work on mobility and form, and you see the race-day support where runners pace each other because our wins are collective.
We operate on a simple truth: consistency beats intensity. By following the 80/20 rule, we keep our training largely low-intensity, which drastically reduces the risk of injury while building a stronger endurance base. You are not just getting a coach to tell you when to run fast; you are getting a roadmap to longevity.
The community aspect, or what we call our tribe, is the engine behind these miles. From the trails at events like Beyond42.195 to our weekend long runs in HSR and Cubbon Park, our sessions are designed to build a support system. You will find runners here who are balancing corporate jobs, families, and personal goals, yet they show up for 5:45 AM strength sessions.
If you are struggling with motivation, coming back from an injury, or simply want to find a group that celebrates the process as much as the medal, you are in the right place. We provide the structure, the science, and the hydration support. You bring the commitment.
