Every finish line tells a story of hard work and persistence. Whether you are aiming for your first 5k or your next ultra-marathon, we train so you can reach your goal with confidence and joy.

A moment of pure gratitude and surprise. Sometimes the universe rewards your consistency when you least expect it. It is a privilege to stand with my runners and celebrate their achievements, big and small.

Running is for everyone. It was an honor to share the joy of this event with these inspiring para-athletes. Their strength and spirit are a powerful reminder that there are no limits to what we can achieve.

A proud coach moment, seeing my runners with their well-deserved trophies. Each award represents months of hard work, discipline, and the courage to push beyond their comfort zones.

The post-race group photo is always special. Here we are at the Sportives event, a group of friends bonded by the shared experience of the run, celebrating our medals and the effort we all put in.

It is always a privilege to be part of the prize distribution ceremony. Seeing one of our runners receive her trophy on stage is a moment of collective pride for our entire running family.

Two champions, two trophies. The joy of seeing runners achieve their goals is what fuels my passion for coaching. Their success is a reflection of their hard work and the supportive spirit of our community.

A great moment with a runner at the Sportives event. The vibrant energy and sense of accomplishment after a race are truly infectious.

It's always special to see our runners recognized as influencers in the community. Here, two of our athletes celebrate their race in front of the event banner, a proud moment for all of us.

Three strong women on the podium at the ONGC Mumbai Kargil Soldierathon. It's inspiring to see our runners overcome injuries and self-doubt to perform their best on race day.

Celebrating a hard-earned second-place finish. This runner's journey through injury to the podium is a testament to her mental strength and the support system that believed in her.

About Race Day Success: Celebrating Every Finish Line

When you train with me, we don't just chase sub-hour timings. I often see runners who push hard every single session, only to burn out or get injured before the start line. Instead, we use the 80/20 principle to ensure your legs stay fresh. We focus on consistent, low-intensity miles combined with specific strength work that actually allows you to show up at the start line injury-free and ready to enjoy your run.

My philosophy is that race day success isn't about being the fastest—it's about being the most prepared. When we talk about race preparation, we look at the whole picture. That means we cover nutrition strategy, gear rotation, and the mental game. Whether you are running at Cubbon Park, Kanteerava Stadium, or tackling a trail in HSR Layout, your training needs to be specific to the demands of your goal.

We structure our cycles to include periodization—base building, speed work, and recovery—so you don't just finish the race, you finish strong. I work with runners to analyze their data, but more importantly, to listen to how their body feels.

  • 80/20 Principle: Most of your weekly mileage happens at an easy pace to build an aerobic engine without the excessive strain.
  • Injury Prevention: We incorporate core and glute activation work into every plan, because I know that a strong chassis is the only way to sustain long-term running.
  • Community Support: You aren't doing this alone. Our tribe in Bengaluru meets for long runs and drills, creating an environment where you are accountable to friends, not just a spreadsheet.

If you have a race on the calendar, we will work backward from that date to build a roadmap that respects your current fitness, your history with injury, and the time you have available to train.

I'm Shreyas. I don't care if you're the first to finish or the last; I care that you finish with a smile. I have gone from 120kg to marathoner, and I know that the hardest part of any race isn't the distance—it's staying consistent when life gets in the way.
