Welcome to the RTC vibe. We’re a pack of runners, trail-chasers, and dog lovers transforming early mornings at Cubbon Park into the best part of your day.

This is what it feels like to trade the pavement for the path. We guide you through every step, helping you build the strength and confidence to conquer trail runs and find the real high in endorphins.

We are a team that conquers challenges together. Here's our crew looking strong and happy after tackling the tough BMF Ultra trail race, with several members completing their very first trail run.

As your coach, I'm right there with you. This isn't about shouting from the sidelines; it's about sharing the journey, offering guidance on the trail, and making sure we all grow as runners.

Our training is more than just running. We incorporate dynamic CrossFit-style workouts, like this session in front of Bengaluru's Vidhana Soudha, to build the functional strength you need for endurance and injury prevention.

My journey from a solo runner to building this amazing community has been incredible, and our four-legged friends have been there every step of the way. If you love dogs as much as running, you'll fit right in.

About this collection

This isn't just about logging miles. Every session is structured, meaning you’ll hit hill sprints, CrossFit-style strength drills, and technical trail form corrections to actually get stronger. More Than Just Miles

At Road To Trail Club, we believe your training should be as dynamic as the terrain you plan to run. We don't just run; we coach. When you join our sessions at Cubbon Park, you’re stepping into a program that bridges the gap between road running and mountain performance.

Why Train With Us?

  • Functional Strength: We incorporate 15 to 20 minutes of CrossFit-style conditioning after every run. This helps with injury prevention and builds the core stability you need for technical trails.
  • Trail Readiness: We simulate race conditions. Expect stair repeats, hill sprints, and agility drills on uneven ground. We want your ankles strong and your form efficient.
  • The Community Factor: You won’t find us being serious all the time. Our post-run breakfast and chai circles are mandatory. It’s where we swap stories, plan our next Nandi Hills excursion, and bond.
  • Dog-Friendly Environment: We are proud of our 'pawlationship' with the local stray dogs at Cubbon Park. They are part of our tribe, pacing us through our morning miles.

Transitioning to Ultras

If you have your eyes set on events like the Malnad Ultra, we offer specific 12-16 week prep camps. This includes periodized planning, gear strategy, and technical descent coaching. We move together from the first hill repeat to the finish line.

I am Sujith, and I started this club because running solo is boring and the trails are calling. We don't just train for distance, we train for the community, the laughs over post-run chai, and the company of our parkies who pace us through every mile.
