It isn't just about the race day finish line; it’s about the miles in between. We host regular HSR Layout training meetups where you can share hydration strategies, swap injury prevention tips with on-site physios, and find a pace partner who actually matches your speed.

Running can be an isolating sport, but we are changing that. The #HustleFam isn't a club you pay fees to; it’s a community you join by showing up. When we hold training sessions, you won't find us staring at watches alone. You will find us running loops, discussing nutrition plans, and helping newer runners understand the difference between a 5K effort and an ultra-marathon pacing strategy.

We often have physiotherapy experts at these sessions, so you can ask about that nagging knee pain before it stops you from racing. We believe the distance is easier to cover when you have someone to high-five at the 10K mark. Whether you are prepping for our Hennur Bamboo Ultra or looking to tackle your first 3-hour endurance run, you will find people here who have done it and want to help you do the same.
