This is a glimpse into one of my mindful movement retreats. We focus on enhancing mobility, stamina, and strength through expert guidance, followed by reflection to deepen the mind-body connection.

About this collection

I focus on the ground up. You will learn to control your own weight through primal patterns like the Beast and Crab, which helps wake up muscles you probably forgot existed. It is not about how many reps you can do, but how well you can move through a transition, helping you build real stability and joint health in the process.

Often, we treat fitness like a chore involving heavy machines or rigid routines. My approach to Animal Flow is different. It is about understanding how your body interacts with the floor. We start with wrist mobilizations because your hands are your first point of contact. From there, we move into foundational postures like the Beast, Crab, and Ape.

These sessions are held in Bangalore, specifically at my studios in Victoria Layout and Domlur. Whether you are a total beginner who feels stiff or someone looking to improve your athletic mobility, this works for you. The focus is on proprioception, joint stability, and increasing your range of motion. We string individual movements together into continuous, choreographed flows. It is meditative, it is challenging, and it is entirely equipment-free. You learn to move with intent, listening to what your body needs on any given day.
