About Group Fitness Instruction
Why I Teach
Movement is like therapy for me. Some days, I’m full of energy, other days, not so much. I always remind my classes - discipline is self-love. We show up for ourselves, celebrate the wins, and take the tough days as they come. No judgment, just progress.
The Vibes: My Classes
I run different sessions depending on what your body (and mood) need:
-
Spin Class Motivation: It’s a party on a bike - neon lights, loud music, and a hype squad energy. We do sprints, hill climbs, and even some dance moves on the bike, all synced with the beat. I’m big on safety and good form, and always ready to help beginners get started.
-
Traditional Indian Workout: If you want something hatke (unique), try my 'Tagda' class. We use Indian gear like gada (mace) and mudgar (clubs), building real strength from the ground up. Hum yahan sab barefoot hi karte hain (we train barefoot here) - feels more real, more connected.
-
Animal Flow Fitness & Barre: We mix crawling, flowing, and ballet-inspired moves for functional strength and flexibility. No equipment, just your body and the floor.
What to Expect
- Beginner-friendly group fitness, all levels welcome
- Community vibes, not competition
- Focus on music-driven cardio workout and feeling good in your skin
I won’t promise you perfection, but I will promise a real space to move, mess up, and get stronger, together.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sheri. I used to talk to myself, thought that was weird, turns out it’s just me being me. Was sporty in school, but lost in the crowd, no guide. Camera-shy too, but kept showing up till confidence kicked in. Sprained my ankle once, that’s when fitness got real for me. Living with fibromyalgia, then racing Hyrox - wild, right? Found peace in the Himalayas, trekking, feeling tiny but alive. Still learning to move through life, one step at a time.
My Work
What I teach - Spin, Barre, Animal Flow, strength, plus Indian Gada and Samtola workouts.
Why I train - Exercise lifts my mood, calms my mind. I want you to feel that mental high too.
Class style - Spin classes with festival vibes, music pumping, energy up. We move for the love of it.
Progress, not numbers - Forget the scale. Let’s focus on how you feel and what your body can do.
Go slow, show up - Consistency is key. No rush, no perfect timeline. Every day counts, even tough ones.
