My Fitness Journey & Real Moments with Coach Sheri
Movement is how I show up for myself, especially on the tough days. Here is a little look into the real, messy, and beautiful journey behind the classes.
This picture was taken minutes before a spin session, ready to own my power. My journey on the bike has been one of finding my voice after a time when I felt I had lost it. I love the person I am becoming.
A quiet moment of reflection. This is a reminder to let your passion roar and to create space for growth, kindness, and the drive to achieve your dreams.
One of the biggest reasons I work out is for my mental health. After a workout, I always check in with myself. How do I feel? How does it feel to keep that promise to myself? This elevated feeling is what I tap into on difficult days.
A casual mirror selfie in the spin studio. Even on days I'm doing mental math, I'm still wondering, "How much protein is in that almond?" The fitness journey is a constant learning process.
Hydration is the real accessory. A quick selfie to remind everyone that taking care of your body with essentials like water is more important than any accessory.
Just a few of the things I say and do as a fitness girl. A playful moment captured in the studio, reflecting the fun side of the fitness lifestyle.
Guess who's back? A little teaser before I returned to the podium. I get just as excited as my riders to get back in the studio and share that energy.
Living an active life means exploring movement and loving your body inside and out. From skateboarding to mindful eating, it's about building a soulful connection with myself and keeping my inner child alive.
About My Journey & The Fun Stuff
I’m not a fan of the 'perfect influencer' aesthetic because my own journey has been anything but linear. From managing fibromyalgia to finding my voice again on the spin bike at Chakra Athletica, I’ve learned that the most important part of fitness isn't the calorie count—it's the mental resilience you build when you choose to show up. When you step into my studio in Victoria Layout or Indiranagar, I’m not here to judge your progress or track your numbers. I’m here to help you practice self-love through movement.
More Than Just a Workout
I share these moments because I want you to know that you don't need to be 100% ready to start. I’ve had days where my body wouldn’t cooperate and days where my motivation was absolutely zero. Those are the days that count the most.
My approach to fitness is rooted in the idea that discipline is actually a form of self-love. Whether we are doing a high-intensity ride or focusing on grounding work with traditional Indian gada and mudgar equipment at Tagda Raho, the goal is always the same: to leave the class feeling a little bit stronger in your mind, not just your muscles.
Why Train With Me?
- Real Conversations: I am open about my mental health and physical hurdles because I want you to feel comfortable being real with me.
- Diverse Movement: From the high-energy, neon-lit spin parties at Chakra Athletica to the quiet, barefoot, open-air sessions with ancient Indian tools in Sivanchetti Gardens, I offer spaces for every mood.
- No Judgement: If you are a beginner or someone who has felt out of place in typical gyms, you’ll find a different kind of energy here. We move for the love of it, not to punish our bodies.
Fitness shouldn't feel like a chore. If you're looking for a coach who understands that you're human—someone who celebrates the small wins and helps you navigate the tough days—then we’ll get along just fine.
