Fitness is as much about your mind as it is your body. Here is a glimpse into the motivation I share to help you find your warrior within, on and off the mat.

Are you willing to love yourself a little more? It comes with the responsibility of letting go of the version of you that no longer serves a purpose, so you can rise up stronger, like a phoenix.

Everything you feel during a tough workout, from your heart pounding to gasping for breath, is a sign of a healthy body. This is a reminder to appreciate your body and trust that the journey is worth the effort.

I'm not here for success or failure; I'm here for the experience. This talk is about focusing on your long-term goals and remembering that the 1% of work you put in today is for a stronger, healthier tomorrow.

Life is your stage, and you are the main character. This is a cool-down talk about embodying the strongest version of yourself and creating a healthy relationship with your mind, body, and heart.

Working out will make you feel weak when it's actually making you stronger. This is my story of starting with a 3kg mudgar and now swinging a 6kg gada. It's a testament to staying consistent, committed, and curious.

I share my raw experience from my first 120-minute ride. It's a story about hitting a wall, changing my mindset, and discovering that our most powerful version is born in our weakest moments.

About this collection

I don't just count reps. Whether we are in a high-energy spin class or training with traditional Indian gadas, I focus on the 'why' behind the movement. You will often find me stopping the session to talk about self-doubt, discipline, or why showing up on your 'low' days matters more than the good ones.

More Than Just a Workout

I treat every session at Chakra Athletica and Tagda Raho as a practice in mental resilience. When you train with me, you are not just working your muscles. You are learning to handle discomfort, quiet the self-doubt, and find a rhythm in the chaos.

My Approach to Movement

  • Spin Classes: We ride for the feeling, not just the calorie burn. It is a space to clear your head, whether you are a beginner on the bike or a seasoned rider.
  • Traditional Indian Strength: Using tools like the Gada (mace) and Mudgar (clubs) is my way of connecting you to ground-level strength. We train barefoot, we focus on form, and we embrace the grit it takes to build real power.
  • Animal Flow & Barre: These classes are about body awareness. If you want to move with better flow or build functional strength without heavy weights, this is where we start.

Let's Train Together

I am based in Bangalore, with sessions at Chakra Athletica in Victoria Layout and Domlur, and the Tagda Raho studio in Sivanchetti Gardens. I don't believe in perfect timelines or strict rules. I believe in showing up, even when it is hard. My goal is to build a community where you feel safe to mess up, try again, and celebrate the small wins.
