Movement can be graceful and powerful at the same time. My Animal Flow classes focus on bodyweight training to improve your mobility, stability, and strength. We learn to move with intention and control, creating a better connection with our bodies.

Who says your workout can't be the best party of your day? We've replaced the club with the spin studio, complete with disco lights and high-energy music. This is where fitness meets fun.

I believe fitness is as much for the mind as it is for the body. Positive self-talk is a powerful tool I practice and teach; it's scientifically shown to boost focus and performance. It’s not crazy, it’s training for resilience.
