The journey here is part of the healing process. As you turn off the main road and approach the lake, the shift in air quality and noise level is immediate. Our grounds are laid out to ensure that whether you are in your room or walking to the yoga hall, you are never far from a view of the water or the hills, allowing you to settle into a natural rhythm without effort.
Our philosophy has always been that the environment is the first doctor. Located in Devanahalli, just a short drive from the city, we chose this site specifically for its unique geography. The presence of the lake creates a microclimate that keeps the air fresh and cool, while the surrounding hills act as a natural barrier against the noise and pollution of urban life.
We designed the layout of the retreat with the principles of Vastu and biophilic design in mind. Every structure, from our yoga halls to the individual cottages, is oriented to capture the sunrise or the cooling evening breeze. You will notice that our pathways are not just connectors; they are intentional walks through greenery that encourage grounding practices.
For guests arriving from the city, the silence here can be surprising. We purposefully limit external disturbances to protect the calm. It is common for guests to spend hours simply sitting by the water or watching the birds, a practice we encourage as part of your mental detox. The architecture is intentionally understated, allowing the trees, the water, and the starry night sky to take center stage.
