Every ingredient is chosen for its ability to balance your Doshas, following the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
For guests requiring specific health support, we introduce the Pathya Diet. This is a therapeutic meal plan that is carefully customized based on your initial physician consultation. If you are joining us for weight management, pain relief, or diabetic support, your meals will be adjusted accordingly to ensure they work in tandem with your daily therapies.
You will not find heavy oils or refined products here. Instead, our kitchen focuses on seasonal vegetables, wholesome grains, and herbal decoctions that cleanse the system.
