Standard Twin-Sharing Medical Stay
Medical Treatments
- Daily Consultation: Nadi Pariksha (Pulse diagnosis) and monitoring by BAMS Ayurvedic physician.
- Major Therapies: 2 daily sessions (45 mins each) such as Abhyanga (Full body oil massage) or Kati/Greeva Basti (Oil pooling for back/neck).
- Minor Therapy: 1 daily session such as Swedana (Herbal steam bath) or Lepa (Herbal paste application).
- Medication: Includes all internal Kashayams (decoctions) and tablets required during the stay.
Accommodation & Food
- Room: Bed in a Standard Twin-Sharing Room with attached bathroom and functional amenities.
- View: Garden or courtyard facing.
- Diet: Full Board Sattvic Diet including 3 customized vegetarian meals (low salt/non-spicy) and herbal teas.
Wellness & Admin
- Activities: Morning therapeutic yoga and guided Pranayama (breathing exercises) sessions.
- Insurance: Documentation support for reimbursement claims (ROHINI registered hospital).

- Doctor Access: Priority consultations with the Chief Physician or Senior Doctor.
- Extended Therapies: 90 to 120 minutes of daily treatment time.
- Specialized Treatments: Includes deep tissue therapies like Choorna Pinda Sweda (Herbal powder bolus) and daily localized pain packs.
- Detox: Virechana (Purgation) included if stay exceeds 14 days and medically advised.

- Dining: Personalized Dosha-specific Sattvic meals (Vata/Pitta/Kapha).

How I Tackle Pain
- I dig deep to find what’s actually causing your pain, not just patch it up.
- After a detailed chat about your health and habits, I create a plan that’s just for you.
- Expect hands-on Ayurvedic therapies for joint pain like Kati Basti or specialized herbal packs, not just random massages.
- Panchakarma for chronic pain is a big part of what I do, helping flush out what your body doesn’t need and calming inflammation.
What Happens Here
- You get a full consultation with me or my team, where we really listen.
- I use a combo of treatments: warm oil bastis, Abhyanga massage, Swedana steam, and sometimes lepas (herbal pastes) if needed.
- Yoga for pain management and simple pranayama are mixed in to keep your body moving without making things worse.
