How I Tackle Pain

  • I dig deep to find what’s actually causing your pain, not just patch it up.
  • After a detailed chat about your health and habits, I create a plan that’s just for you.
  • Expect hands-on Ayurvedic therapies for joint pain like Kati Basti or specialized herbal packs, not just random massages.
  • Panchakarma for chronic pain is a big part of what I do, helping flush out what your body doesn’t need and calming inflammation.

What Happens Here

  • You get a full consultation with me or my team, where we really listen.
  • I use a combo of treatments: warm oil bastis, Abhyanga massage, Swedana steam, and sometimes lepas (herbal pastes) if needed.
  • Yoga for pain management and simple pranayama are mixed in to keep your body moving without making things worse.
  • Meals are simple, sattvic, and made to heal from the inside - no fancy diets, just honest food.

We’re Shathayu Ayurveda Yoga Retreat, 125 years young and still soaking in the sunrise by our lake near Bangalore. Some call us a sanctuary, others just come for the peace. Our place is blessed by Lord Dhanvantari, and honestly, every morning here feels like a fresh start. Saints, artists, everyday folks – all have found their stillness with us.
