The shift from the fast pace of Bengaluru to the quiet of our 25-acre Devanahalli campus is the first step in our healing process. We often host groups who want to bring conscious leadership into their work culture. These sessions are not about standard team building. They focus on meditation, yoga, and mental clarity, ensuring your team returns with renewed focus.
Individual guests find a different kind of quiet. You might see a visitor on their balcony overlooking the lake, just days into their Panchakarma cleanse, or joining a group session on our lush lawns. Every program starts with a consultation with our senior medical officers. We do not believe in off the shelf packages. If you are here for a detox, we map out your diet, therapies like Shirodhara or Abhyanga, and your rest periods based on your current dosha imbalance.
Because we are NABH certified, we provide the medical rigour that many people seek in a serious retreat.
