We exclude stimulants like caffeine, alcohol, and refined sugars, focusing instead on freshly prepared, home-style vegetarian meals that are gentle on your digestion and perfectly aligned with your daily Panchakarma or healing schedule.

In Ayurveda, food is considered the primary medicine. Our kitchen operates under the strict supervision of our medical team to ensure that what you consume supports the therapies you receive. Whether you are here for a 3-day reset or a 14-day clinical Panchakarma program, your diet is customized based on your initial consultation and specific dosha imbalances.

What Defines Our Sattvic Diet

  • Purity and Freshness: We prioritize local, seasonal produce. Ingredients are cooked fresh daily to preserve their life force, or 'prana.'
  • Digestive Ease: Our meals are designed to be light and easy to digest, which allows your body to dedicate its energy to healing and cleansing rather than digestion.
  • Exclusions: To support a true detox, we maintain a strictly vegetarian kitchen. You will not find caffeine, alcohol, or processed foods on our menu. We also minimize the use of heavy spices, favoring herbs and preparations that soothe the gut.

If you are undertaking deep cleansing protocols like 'Virechana' or 'Snehapana,' your diet will transition through specific stages, moving from light liquid gruels (Kanji) to solid foods as your digestive fire, or 'Agni,' strengthens.
