The Journey of Yoga Practice in Delhi
Yoga is not just about the final pose. It is about the effort, the falls, and the balance we find along the way. See how we learn, laugh, and grow together. ✨
Acroyoga is not always perfect on the first try. We learn, we laugh, and we get stronger together. These moments of failure are just as important as the successes.
Sometimes things don't go as planned. This funny moment in practice reminds us not to take ourselves too seriously and to enjoy the journey.
A failed lift attempt that ends in laughter. This is what practice looks like: trying, failing, and getting back up with a smile.
From the spiritual streets of Haridwar to performing on a national stage. This is my journey, a life dedicated to the practice and teaching of yoga.
About The Journey of Practice
True progress happens when you move past the fear of falling. In my sessions, we focus on safe, hands-on adjustments, especially during Acroyoga or complex partner work. When we practice together, my team and I act as spotters first, ensuring you feel secure while you test your balance, try new moves, and find your own rhythm.
The images you see here are real moments from our practice. Sometimes we land the pose perfectly, and sometimes we tumble, laugh, and get back up. This is the heart of yoga—a continuous cycle of trying and learning. As we say, 'Prayas karna kabhi bhi band na karein' (Never stop trying).
My approach is built on this foundation of patience. Whether you are working on foundational Hatha asanas to fix posture or attempting advanced Acroyoga lifts for the first time, my goal is to guide you safely. For beginners, we start with breathwork and gentle alignment to release desk-related stiffness. For those looking for more, we incorporate trust-building partner drills that strengthen communication and focus.
I believe that 'Samata' (balance) is not just a goal for your body, but for your life. My classes in Delhi are designed to be a space where you can switch off the noise of the day, reconnect with yourself, and actually enjoy the process of getting stronger. We don't chase perfection here; we chase consistency and the peace that comes from a steady practice. 🧘🏼
