About The Coaching Method in Action

You won't find me checking my phone while you train. My in-person sessions at GymX in AECS Layout focus on tactile cues—I physically guide your posture, tempo, and range of motion during heavy compound lifts. This ensures every rep actually triggers the micro-trauma necessary for hypertrophy, rather than just moving weight for the sake of it.

Precision Coaching

Bodybuilding is a science, not a guessing game. When you step onto the floor with me, we are there to work. My method centers on the 'mind-muscle connection.' I watch your feet, your grip, and your breathing. If your form breaks down during a set of squats or deadlifts, I am there to correct it immediately. This level of supervision prevents injury and forces the targeted muscle group to do the actual work.

The Anatomy of a Session

Whether we are working on back width or leg development, my hands-on approach includes:

  • Intensity Management: I use techniques like forced reps and slow eccentrics to push past your mental barriers.
  • Form Correction: I ensure you aren't compensating with secondary muscle groups. If you're doing a tricep pushdown, I make sure the tension is solely on the tricep.
  • Tactile Cues: I physically assist with adjustments to your positioning to maximize range of motion.

It is easy to skip a rep when you are alone. It is impossible when I am spotting you. Beyond the physical sessions, I manage the variables that happen outside the gym. We track blood work, monitor your sleep, and manage stress to ensure your lifestyle supports your physique goals.
