Master the essential strikes that form the foundation of every fighter. From Ap Chagi to Dollyeo Chagi, we focus on precision and control to build your martial arts base.

The Ap Chagi, or Front Kick. This is one of the first and most important kicks you will learn, essential for both offense and defense.

The Dollyeo Chagi, or Roundhouse Kick. This is a powerful and common kick in Olympic taekwondo sparring, and we focus on perfecting its speed and precision.

The Yeop Chagi, or Side Kick. A strong and direct kick that requires good balance and hip flexibility, which we develop through specific drills.

The Dwi Chagi, or Back Kick. A powerful surprise technique that can be used effectively in sparring when mastered.

The Neryo Chagi, also known as the Axe Kick or Downward Kick. This is a dynamic kick that targets the opponent from above.

The Dolge Chagi, or Tornado Kick. An advanced spinning kick that combines speed, agility, and power, taught to my more experienced students.

About this collection

Mastering a kick like the Ap Chagi is not just about leg strength; it is about the snap and the recoil. In my classes, we prioritize the correct technique on our safety puzzle mats because a solid foundation prevents injury and builds the explosive speed you will eventually need for competitive sparring.

Taekwondo is a sport of precision. Many students come to me thinking they need to kick high immediately, but I always tell them, 'Pehle base banao' (build the base first). You will learn the mechanics of the front kick (Ap Chagi), roundhouse kick (Dollyeo Chagi), and the side kick (Yeop Chagi) through drills that focus on hip alignment and core stability.

We train in structured sessions at Doon Public School in Paschim Vihar and CTS Complex in Kirari. My assistant coaches are all black belts who monitor your form to ensure you do not develop bad habits that could hold you back later. Whether you are a beginner looking for self-defense or an athlete aiming for state championships, the process remains the same: discipline, repetition, and respect for the technique.

Beyond just kicks, you will spend time on heavy bags to build impact power and endurance. Once you are comfortable with the basics, we transition into Olympic-style (Kyorugi) sparring drills. This is where you learn to apply those kicks under pressure against a live opponent. If you are serious about fighting or just want to get in the best shape of your life, my team and I are here to guide you through every step.
